Our homemade napoletana sauce with yummy mushrooms, and spiced up with zingy capers and olives, over delicious cheesy tortellini. Served with shaved parmesan. A camping family favourite.

    This was our favourite 3CGG meal on the 3CT. Absolutely delicious! Thank you to Gail and Ian for the wonderful service and making our hike such an awesome experience.

    Easy to cook, tasty, good end of day gut fill. Quantity was fine for us on its own

    We combined this with some steak on the barbeque on our first night and it went down a treat.
